galeon looks (by default at least it seems) in
/usr/lib{,32,64}/mozilla/plugins but the plugins (like flash,..) are installed in
/usr/lib{,32,64}/nsbrowser/plugins/

simple symlink for the .so files did solve the problem so maybe symlinking one dir to another would be good?
