As per summary.  mail-client/mailx is not keyworded for fbsd, but if it were I guess freebsd-ubin should not install /usr/bin/mailx at all.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge freebsd-ubin
2.
3.

Actual Results:  
Installs /usr/bin/mailx but does not PROVIDE="virtual/mailx".

Expected Results:  
Should PROVIDE="virtual/mailx" or not install /usr/bin/mailx.
