The domain is currently registered for Hamakor, a registered Israeli Society for open-source and free software. It is about to expire on 2010-03-27 and instead of renewing it they are interested in transferring it to anybody who is willing to put it to good use. IMO the best option is to transfer it to the foundation.
According to the current owners of the domain, the fees are: * Approx. $50 one-time fee for transferring the domain * Approx. $20 annual renewal fees Is that something the foundation is willing to finance?
