E.g. dev-python/sphinx was updateable from 0.6.3 to 0.6.4 as well as some Perl modules. The @installed set lists them as expected.
Did you try to update using --with-bdeps=y? Generally, it's not recommended to use @installed since that can prevent blockers from being solved automatically (there is a comment about this in /usr/share/portage/config/sets.conf). Bug 266861 or bug 274454 might be related.
Hi, I googled a little bit and found the option "with-bdeps=y". I added it to EMERGE_DEFAULT_OPTS and now this didn't occur again. You can close this bug is it is not really a bug. Best regards, Steffen
