The patch used for 'cleartype' flag of x11-libs/cairo doesn't work anymore with current cairo code. Although it applies fine, the build fails with the following error:

cairo-ft-font.c: In function '_get_bitmap_surface':
cairo-ft-font.c:1092: error: 'subpixel' undeclared (first use in this function)
cairo-ft-font.c:1092: error: (Each undeclared identifier is reported only once
cairo-ft-font.c:1092: error: for each function it appears in.)

IMO the patch should be either adapted to match the current code or it should be temporarily removed from use along with the flag.

You guys can drop it. I can check if there's a newer version of the patch available. I believe I'm pulling it from Fedora right now.
