This bug has been open for two years; meanwhile, xmlrpc-c development goes on, and version 1.27 was released recently. When is Gentoo finally going to get a non-obsolete version of xmlrpc-c?

xmlrpc-c-1.27.5-r1.ebuild, based on fedora patchset, use cmake build system
