Created attachment 240571 [details] Updated Ebuild for Cryptlib The issue stemmed from the way the makefile works. The default make target builds a couple things, then calls a script (tools/buildall.sh) which does a bunch of stuff, and then calls make again in ${S}. This is what was borking up the jobserver. Worth noting, buildall.sh also uses other scripts to decide whether or not to compile in support for other things (LDAP, ODBC). See bug 330289. The changes to the ebuild circumvent the automagic / jobserver issues by calling the make target that buildall.sh will call directly, thus preventing any of the bash scripts from being used, keeping the jobserver working, and getting rid of the automagic. I also made a few cosmetic changes. diff to follow to make lives easier.
