I get a 404 when I try to use the URI given with the foomatic-description

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge -s net-print/foomatic

Actual Results:  
I get this output: "Homepage:    http://www.linuxprinting.org/foomatic"

Expected Results:  
Printed: "Homepage: http://www.linuxprinting.org/foomatic.html"
