Comment 1 Rafał Mużyło 2009-12-16 16:29:30 UTC
It may be a parallel make problem
- try with '-j1'.
Comment 2 tman 2009-12-20 07:50:45 UTC
it cant be a solution if if u have a multicore and compile entra this one package with -j1 and the rest of the system in -jx. there fore this bug is still not solved
Comment 3 Joost Ruis 2010-01-04 09:59:34 UTC
*** Bug 299569 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. ***
Comment 4 Rafał Mużyło 2010-01-08 21:46:48 UTC
I never said it's a solution, just wanted a confirmation,
that it builds with '-j1'.
Cause if so, makefiles will need to corrected to fix it
(probably dependencies order is incorrect there).
Comment 5 morgon.kanter 2010-03-12 17:41:41 UTC
Just ran into the same bug myself. Tried it with -j1 instead of -j3. It worked.
Comment 6 Cameron Fackler 2010-03-22 23:41:13 UTC
I also encountered this bug. I can confirm that -j1 instead of -j3 made it build fine for me.
Comment 7 Alexis Ballier gentoo-dev 2010-04-12 06:31:18 UTC
forced -j1 in 3.11.2

Works for me, but please change "resolved fixed" to something else. The bug should be open until the build is fixed, IMHO.

Thanks.
