Installs here fine but fails FEATURES="test"

If nobody really wants Term::Gnuplot then we shouldn't add it.

I don't think we can or want to support every optional dependency.

Term-Gnuplot seems to test for a number of libs. So it's real work to add an ebuild for it. For me: IDONTWANTIT.
