I'm running Gentoo on both server and client. If the client has 1.2.1, mounts fail like this: mount.nfs: mount to NFS server '172.17.1.6:/store' failed: RPC Error: Unable to send; errno = Resource temporarily unavailable I can attach a wireshark pcap dump if that helps. If I downgrade to 1.2.0, everything works. the changelog in that patch indicates your loopback interface wasnt configured which indicates a misconfigured system at any rate, does it make a difference to you Tobias ?
Nope, the patch does not help, I still get the same error message with 1.2.1+patch
