Created attachment 211432 [details] list of all packages to stable For more fine grained lists see the URL field ;]
Created attachment 211470 [details] updates stable packages list. Updated list thanks to a-v on irc. For now i will remove the fine grained versions untill we setle on final list (and then i can add it back if requested).
x11-apps/xinit-1.2.0-r1 is in the list but not in the portage. It has to be x11-apps/xinit-1.2.0-r2
media-fonts/encodings-1.0.3 depends on >=media-fonts/font-util-1.1.1-r1, which is not in package.keywordlist_everything.
(In reply to comment #16) > media-fonts/encodings-1.0.3 depends on >=media-fonts/font-util-1.1.1-r1, which > is not in package.keywordlist_everything. Disregard that, this only concerns media-fonts/encodings-1.0.3 from the X11 overlay.
=x11-libs/liblbxutil-1.0.1 does not exist in portage. Is this package from an overlay? Is it required? If so, consider moving it into the main train.
Tested this list on my stable x86 system (radeon with R580, evdev). Compiled and running without problems.
Created attachment 211909 [details] Final list Updated as per latest comments, removed package that has been lastrited :]

Created attachment 211914 [details] List Add in missed mesa :] including latest libdrm and eselect-opengl.
Created attachment 211922 [details] LIst Drop xfs, since we plan to lastrite that one :]
We need a newer app-admin/eselect now (>= 1.2.4) stable, too, now.
(In reply to comment #25) > We need a newer app-admin/eselect now (>= 1.2.4) stable, too, now. > Ups totaly missed that one, Pinged ulm on info about the eselect state, so i will open stablebug for it too if it is acceptable or drop from here.
Incorrect version =x11-libs/libX11-1.3.2 =x11-libs/libXext-1.1.1 and others...which get pulled in by libdmx 1.1.1 You should really get a stable chroot to determine which versions need to go stable. xinit-1.0.2-r1 is gone from the tree, -r2 is the way to go.
@arches, sorry for the noise we'll CC you back when we fix this. Thanks
Created attachment 212619 [details] Stabilization list. amd64 stable for above, reviewed the list on stable chroot: - change version: libdmx, dmxproto - add: xterm - remove: eselect-opengl
Thanks to Samuli we now have updated list, this is exactly what got stable on amd64 so please try to comply to it or find issues and report where it should be updated for your needs :] Cheers
