Same here. It seems to be bad manifest. If Manifest is recreated downloaded source compiles and works without problems.

As upstream I take this as a request for a sane release (that url is just a cgit generated snapshot...)

Removed from Portage. Can be reintroduced once it gets stable upstream.

libnemesi-9999.ebuild

live ebuild for libnemesi looks quite stable for rather long time and may be considered to be reincluded to the portage.
