For a while now that I don't see my inbox, outbox, and sent icons from the main pane as well as all the icons on the left hand side in the preferences pane. From what I understand the icon files do exist in /usr/share/evolution/2.26/icons/hicolor but are not displayed when I select any of the following icon themes - Gnome, Crux, Gentoo, Mist however if I select the Oxygen icon theme (a theme from KDE) I can see all of these icons. Both work-arounds as suggested in bug #267018 comment 5 and comment 7 solves the problem.
