media-libs/wxsvg-1.0 - does not emerge succesfully if wxGTK is not built with the "X" useflag.

wxGTK is a dependency it should be added as a dependency that must be compiled with X support

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge wxGTK without the X flag
2.emerge wxsvg
3.observe compile output

Actual Results:  
compile failed

Expected Results:  
compile completed
