You need to provide emerge --info, the commands you ran (depclean, revdep, etc.) and build.log of your broken imagemagick build.
Reopen the bug after adding the needed information.

Old summary:
hi, i updated using emerge sync /  world ect ect. new gcc was installed. when i ran depclean and revdep-rebuild. imagemagic was broken. when it re-emegres and i run same cmds again. it shows imagemagic broken and re-emerges again. like an infintie reinstall
