Building of media-libs/libquicktime-1.1.3 dies when /usr/lib64/libogg.la is
missing.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge -C media-libs/libogg
2. emerge -1 =media-libs/libquicktime-1.1.3

Actual Results:
