Hello.

Well, gdk-pixbuf doesn't really require gnome-libs. I suspect if there's a
logical reason behind gnome-libs being a dependancy rather then an option (with
the 'gnome' use flag), it's because some software requires the gnomecanvas
component and causes apparently mysterious breakage if it wasn't compiled. This
might be solvable using separate ebuilds for gdk-pixbuf and gnomecanvas. FreeBSD
does that, I think.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge -pv gdk-pixbuf
2. emerge unmerge gnome-libs-1.4.2
3. download and compile gdk-pixbuf manually


Actual Results:  
gdk-pixbuf was installed and xqf, a reverse dependancy of it, compiled without a
hitch.

Expected Results:  
the ebuild should not require gnome-libs
