Catalyst/Utils.pm is installed by Catalyst-Runtime. Catalyst-Runtime (r)depends on libwww-perl. libwww-perl installs HTTP::Request. So it's not obvious why it fails for you. Did you run perl-cleaner after upgrading perl?
