It removes java5 flag which we need to get rid of to remove jdk 1.4

this needs the following deps stabilized, any objections?
=dev-java/wstx-3.2.8
=dev-java/xml-writer-0.2
=dev-java/cglib-2.2
=dev-java/stax-1.2.0

No objections, all of these are new packages/slots (so no possible breakage to reverse depends) and have no bugs open. We even have stabilization bug for cglib already. Thanks.
