syslog-ng 2.1.4 throws cron messages about missing log files.

Explicitly: user.log and kern.log are reported to be missing, which is true. the logrotate file should include missingok for those two as well.



Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Just emerge syslog-ng and logrotate
2.
3.

Actual Results:  
cron reports logrotate's error due to faulty logrotate conf for syslog-ng.

Expected Results:  
A clean run, even if the there were not any kernel or user facility messages.

Fixed in syslog-ng 3.0.5-r1
