Deep upgrade loops avifile upgrade/downgrade.

Mjpegtools has dependancy "<media-video/avifile-0.7.38", and transcode has
dependancy ">=media-video/avifile-0.7.25".

This results in an upgrade loop between "media-video/avifile-0.7.37.20030522-r2"
and "media-video/avifile-0.7.38.20030710".

what about:
# grep /avifile- *
transcode-0.6.9.ebuild: avi? (  >=media-video/avifile-0.7.25 )

bump media-video/transcode-0.6.9 to media-video/transcode-0.6.10
remove the patch
and change avifile to .38
it will fix it
