dev-util/gperf generates C/C++ code for a optimally perfect* hashing table.

*Perfect by the mathematical definition with fully known inputs.

It shouldn't ever turn up in RDEPEND as such, just like other build tools.

Fixed in r14175.

This is fixed in 2.2_rc41.
