dev-php/PEAR-MDB2 has been bumped to 2.5.0_beta2 ( bug #273684 ) 
some dev-php/PEAR-MDB2_Driver_* have been bumped too - but bumping dev-php/PEAR-MDB2_Driver_pgsql to 1.5.0_beta2 is missing.

emerge: there are no ebuilds to satisfy ">=dev-php/PEAR-MDB2_Driver_pgsql-1.5.0_beta2".
