Kwin 4.3 ebuild fails on compile from error.

From the relevant build log;

"/var/tmp/portage/kde-base/kwin-4.3.0/work/kwin-4.3.0/kwin/effects/logout/
logout.cpp:66: error: 'useBlur' was not declared in this scope"

This error appears to have been corrected in the KDE svn but has not propagated to the Gentoo kwin ebuild
