Was updating my x86 arch linux computer and I am across a masked dependency. The latest udev, sys-fs/udev-145, needs ">=sys-apps/util-linux-2.16" which is masked by "~x86" keyword. I cannot reproduce that here. Keywords are correct, I presume at some point in time you did unmask/keyword udev. Please check /etc/portage/* and reopen if it's really not a configuration issue
