+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #57351 +++ Hi, the problem is in the script which does not log the problem during boot In my situation it is unavaiable ipv6 address (assigned later by ipv6 autoconfig). It is possible to trace (to logfile) also error from "apache2 -t" ? Thanks and best regards Jarek
Hmm, isn't that an init script ordering issue? How do you aquire your ipv6 address?
There are two problems 1) unassigned ipv6 address 2) initscript does not log the problem to logfile during boot (and then it look strange for people, when during boot it does not start but manually started it is ok (for me, reason is ipv6)) I opened the bug report again problem 2 :) because I leave assigning ipv6 address by autoconfiguration and it take some time
please set STARTUPERRORLOG in /etc/conf.d/apache2
