Portage looses the first letter of set names for sets located in overlays.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge --list-sets

fix set names (path normalization issue)

If this patch is saved as /tmp/fix_set_names.patch, then it can be applied as follows:

 patch /usr/lib/portage/pym/portage/sets/files.py /tmp/fix_set_names.patch

This is fixed in 2.2_rc38.

To fix an corrupted list use this command:
emaint --fix world"
