We do not accept binary ebuilds.  Please build from source.

This is the java herd, not mozilla.  We might consider maintaining a convenience bin ebuild if the build process is significantly long or memory intensive.

But....

java compiles a _lot_ quicker than C/C++.

Plus with Firefox there are legal restrictions in distributing custom builds with the trademarked skin.

but the mozilla-firefox and mozilla-firefox-bin have the Mozilla Firefox brandings

Should it depend on JRE or JDK. As i know it works fine with JRE and does not need JDK in any way

version bump - now only installs linux 32 or 64 bit files depending on your CHOST

I created a source-ebuild for Jameica (The Framework), the homebanking-plugin Hibiscus and most of the needed libraries.

It works fine already but still depends on some binary libraries from the eclipse-project which do not have a gentoo-ebuild yet.

Please help me to get this ebuild right and into portage!
