Fixed the --with-gstreamer= line (obsolete), but not really sure wth is up with the doc stuff. Leaving that to someone more knowledgeable with gnome-doc-utils Note: NOT an eclass problem
Not blocking 2.26 release since this is a minor QA issue with a non-trivial fix. Will be handled in the separate "Stupid USE=doc management" tracker bug
Fixed in 2.30 (gnome-applets doesn't seem to support --{enable,disable}-gtk-doc at all
