Portage refuses to install wmii-3.6-r2 on amd64 with message:
"Package has poor programming practices which may compile but will almost certainly crash on 64bit architectures."

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
emerge =x11-wm/wmii-3.6-r2

Actual Results:  
emerge dies with message:
