emerge cannot find
/var/tmp/portage/kde-base/kdelirc-4.2.85/work/kdelirc-4.2.85/CMakeLists.txt
because package is unpacked into:
/var/tmp/portage/kde-base/kdelirc-4.2.85/work/kdeutils-4.2.85/kdelirc
so it seams, that there is wrong path set for root of package
