I think kwrite 4.2.3 is stable for regular use on amd64 platform. Please test and unmask it if suitable.

Reproducible: Always

Actual Results:  
ebuild for kwrite-4.2.3 is masked by ~amd64 keyword

Expected Results:  
unmasked ebuild

*ALL* KDE-4.X apps will be stable at the same time at a later date.
We aren't yet ready to get 4.X marked stable, but we are getting closer.
