Now that gnome-session-2.26.x is in portage, this bug still exist, in fact in doesn't recognize "--enable-gtk-doc" either.
The problem isn't in the ebuild but in gnome2.eclass, and this ebuild install (or not depending upon "doc" USE flag) docbook documentations properly and very well. However, we could of course fix this eclass (we should i think) but this case happens just for a bit (or one ?) of packages... gnome herd: Finally what do we do ?
We solve the low-priority bug this bug depends on, and then this can get solved.
Not blocking 2.26 release since this is a minor QA issue with a non-trivial fix. Will be handled in the separate "Stupid USE=doc management" tracker bug
