Hi!

When you try to install the latest koffice-meta-1.9.99.0 from portage tree, the dep media-libs/libwpg isn't found in tree.

When you add layman kde-testing , you can satisfy the deps.

Please, add libwpg to portage.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. unmask koffice-deps for koffice-meta-1.9.99.0
2. emerge koffice-meta
3. 

Actual Results:  
koffice-meta-1.9.99.0 cannot be merged because of failed deps (libwpg)

Expected Results:  
emerging koffice-1.9.99.0 successfully
