Description steffen stramm 2009-04-26 14:02:00 UTC
at the install phase it breaks, i dont have gtkdoc installed:

-- Installing ./html/index.sgml
which: no gtkdoc-rebase in (/usr/local/sbin:/sbin:/usr/sbin:/usr/lib64/portage/bin/ebuild-helpers:/usr/local/bin:/bin:/usr/bin:/usr/kde/live/sbin:/usr/kde/live/bin:/usr/local/bin:/usr/bin:/bin:/opt/bin:/usr/x86_64-pc-linux-gnu/gcc-bin/4.3.3:/usr/games/bin)

ps: this bug is also still there with 0.3.0, just tested.

Comment 2 steffen stramm 2009-05-12 15:43:56 UTC
the ebuild can be just bumped to 0.3.0, i found no issues.
Comment 3 Mart Raudsepp gentoo-dev 2009-05-22 17:16:52 UTC
This kind of an error is simply a bug in the gtk-doc.make of the gtk-doc that the maintainer preparing the release had at the time of tarball creation.
When done with a gtk-doc that doesn't have this bug, it will just not do the gtkdoc-rebase part. It's a tool to adjust HTML links to API of libraries used to the proper location on your HDD I believe.

hit by this bug today with net-libs/libinfinity-0.3.0
Nothing can be done for this ?
I dont even know where this gtkdoc-rebase could be found.. :-(

my output:

-- Installing ./html/up.png
-- Installing ./html/index.sgml
which: no gtkdoc-rebase in (/usr/lib64/portage/bin/ebuild-helpers:/usr/local/sbin:/sbin:/usr/sbin:/usr/local/bin:/bin:/usr/bin:/opt/bin:/usr/x86_64-pc-linux-gnu/mingw32/gcc-bin/4.3.3:/usr/x86_64-pc-linux-gnu/gcc-bin/4.3.3:/usr/kde/4.2/sbin:/usr/kde/4.2/bin:/usr/qt/3/bin:/usr/kde/4.svn/sbin:/usr/kde/4.svn/bin:/opt/vmware/workstation/bin)
