For the first time I wanted to make a donation.
Then This message appears :"This recipient is currently unable to receive money."

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Click on "Make a donation link"

Actual Results:  
"This recipient is currently unable to receive money."

Expected Results:  
Have a possibility to make a don !

I believe this is a trustees issue.
