Environment is Prefix Portage on SUSE 10 Enterprise SP1. Emerge of mit-krb5
fails with: 

emerge mit-krb5
...
emerge: there are no ebuilds to satisfy ">=sys-libs/glibc-2.6".
(dependency required by "sys-libs/e2fsprogs-libs-1.41.4" [ebuild])
(dependency required by "app-crypt/mit-krb5-1.6.3-r5" [ebuild])
(dependency required by "mit-krb5" [argument])

In an older Prefix Portage tree, dated 2009-03-13, it is however possible to emerge mit-krb5. The version that gets emerged in that tree is 1.6.3-r4.
