it's been released for a few days.
and  it works well  by simply copying glade-3.4.5.ebuild  to glade-3.6.0.ebuild 
on my box (x86 stable)

Reproducible: Always

for a few days, you mean like since wednesday or so ? This will be handled as usual with gnome 2.26. Thanks for reporting.
