did you remove texlive-core manually or was it during an update?
(In reply to comment #10) > did you remove texlive-core manually or was it during an update? > I suppose that in an update because I don't make manual removings (but I dont remember those details)
(In reply to comment #11) > (In reply to comment #10) > > did you remove texlive-core manually or was it during an update? > > > > I suppose that in an update because I don't make manual removings (but I dont > remember those details) it is important to know because your setup is invalid; you should have texlive-core whenever you have texlive-latexrecommended installed; either it's your fault because you removed it while some packages were depending on it or it's portage's fault for removing it while trying to resolve the blockers.

I have check some logs and there was a block (I can't have all details about blocks and conflicts between packages in this moment but...), I suppose there was some blocks between dev-tex/leaflet and dev-texlive/texlive-latexextra
(In reply to comment #12) > it is important to know because your setup is invalid; you should have > texlive-core whenever you have texlive-latexrecommended installed; either it's > your fault because you removed it while some packages were depending on it or > it's portage's fault for removing it while trying to resolve the blockers. It won't remove a package that's required, and when it removes a package that's no longer required, it merges the blocking packages before removing the old package.
(In reply to comment #12) > it is important to know because your setup is invalid; you should have > texlive-core whenever you have texlive-latexrecommended installed; Sounds like maybe uninstalling packages triggered a case of bug 199856. Most cases of that bug are solved by the code that's associated with bug 250020, and it will be included in the next portage release.
(In reply to comment #15) > (In reply to comment #12) > > it is important to know because your setup is invalid; you should have > > texlive-core whenever you have texlive-latexrecommended installed; > > Sounds like maybe uninstalling packages triggered a case of bug 199856. I have solving by reemerging all missing packages. And then updating all tex distro from 2007 and 2008. Finally all compiles great.
I'll mark this as a duplicate of bug 199856.
