In the mean time, could you please post the intended number of concurrent users for each protocol as well as admin contact information??

Something broke on your server again, and sync'ing was not functioning from April 21st to 30th. Please monitor the sync'ing for a while and make sure that it is happening correctly. Giving this one more try and extending due date to 30th May.
