Current trunk version of kdepimlibs seems to depend on >=dev-libs/libical-0.42, which is not available in Portage. Version 0.43 has been released on January, 12.

A proposed ebuild

The only change to the latest in-tree ebuild that seems to be required is the download URL, which now points to Sourceforge.
