kopete's animated emoticons don't animate when kopete is build with qt-4.5_rc1.

the emoticons do animate in the emoticon preview window, but show up frozen when you send them in chat. Sending more messages advances the emoticon animation one frame at a time.

I've reported the issue in upstream's bug tracker:

Problem reproduced with kopete versions 4.2 and 9999 and qt versions 4.5_rc1 and 4.9999 (nokia trunk).

I've also seen this problem in Konqueror.  Animated GIFs sometimes do not animate, but doing something to cause them to repaint advances them one frame at a time.  Perhaps a timer somewhere is busted?  Anyway, this does seem like an upstream bug.

The fix is included on the upcoming 4.2.2 kde. 

Alex can you verify that this issue is not valid on 4.2.2?

Tested in 4.2.2, works OK, issue solved =]

Marking as Resolved Later while waiting for KDE 4.2.2 official release.
