Actually, net-misc/kiax-0.8.51 and net-misc/kiax-0.8.5_p1 are exactly the same ebuild (with a small emake/make difference). net-misc/kiax-0.8.51 should be marked as stable to remove net-misc/kiax-0.8.5_p1.

this packages is broken with glibc-2.8, see bug #246131. not able to emerge it on amd64...
Actually, stable one is also not working with glibc-2.8. They are two bugs about this package (added as depends). As the two ebuilds are actually the same these bugs are for stable and unstable ebuilds. May be if there is a bump to 0.8.51-r1 with fixes, it should be marked as stable to prevent use of a buggy version (0.8.5_p1) ?
