dev-util/gtk-doc-am-1.11 was released on 2008-11-16.
For some reason gentoo-bumpchecker is not seeing this. Maybe it thinks it's a development version based on odd minor version number (11), while gtk-doc doesn't follow odd/even development/stable version numbering. Maybe we need a way to express that fact to the script.
Someone add the "InOverlay" keyword to this bug please[1]. 1. http://git.overlays.gentoo.org/gitweb/?p=proj/gnome.git;a=tree;f=dev-util/gtk-doc;hb=HEAD
