Don't know enough about java to blame libjli on anything in particular:

/usr/lib/jvm/sun-jdk-1.6//bin/javac: error while loading shared libraries:
libjli.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

your jdk seems to have a problem; which unfortunately I have no clue how to fix; ccing java, they'll probably know.
