wine doesn't work under a hardened kernel with grsecurity "Gentoo (workstation)" enabled without issuing:

paxctl -m /usr/bin/wine-preloader

Shouldn't that be done automatically?

In my experience it doesn't work without:

paxctl -psmr /usr/bin/wine-preloader /usr/bin/wine

hardened guys have to approve some command before it can be added

This change can be pushed to the tree. Please attach a patch after you have tested and confirmed that it works.
