the script /etc/init.d/autoconfig use the function start_service which is not available in baselayout >= 2.0

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.update to baselayout
2.install livecd-tools
3.start autoconfig

The autoconfig script was updated to work with bl2/openrc.
Feel free to reopen if you still hit this issue.
