I'm reporting this bug because the package in summary fails to build when forcing --as-needed on through spec files (check out http://blog.flameeyes.eu/2008/11/14/problems-and-mitigation-strategies-for-as-needed for details).

I have same problem with rpc2-2.0 and rvm-1.12 during install coda.

Note: rpc2-2.8 compiles with as-needed out-of-the-box

Thanks, there's no point in fixing 2.0 then. I'm closing this as: Fixed by 2.8
