Description infobox.oleg 2008-11-21 20:57:43 UTC
I've recently made emerge --sync and now e.g. kde-plasmoids/quickaccess requires qt-4.3.3 (I have blocks in my emerge -avDu world).
But I have 4.4.2 installed and the rest of the system used 4.4.2 until now ok (including plasmoids).

In the log of emerge --sync I see:
eclass/
eclass/elisp.eclass
eclass/kde4-base.eclass
eclass/mysql.eclass
eclass/ELT-patches/

so this must have been caused by some change of kde4-base.eclass.

My last sync was at least 2-3 days old, maybe more. At most one week. So it may be worth to look for changes during this period.

This is major for me - I'm not able to emerge -Du world normally. Downgrading qt is nonsense.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have kde-plasmoids/quickaccess installed together with qt-4.4.2
2. Run emerge -avDu world.
3. Observe blocks.
